Requirements

:

• Garage Door & Opener: 3 years (Required)
• Service Titan: 1 year (Preferred)
• Strong understanding of construction principles.
• Capability for heavy lifting
• Must have prior experience with door & opener installation, ensuring all components are securely mounted.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address installation challenges effectively.
• Commercial and gate experience is a plus.
• Carpentry skills are a plus for custom installations.
• Must have a clean driving record.

Position Summary

: Flash Garage Door Service is hiring a Garage Door Sales/Service Technician offering a clear path to $200K+ per year through base pay, commissions, bonuses, and spiffs. This role is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining garage doors and openers , ensuring proper functionality, safety, and a high-quality customer experience. The ideal candidate is an experienced garage door professional with hands-on knowledge of door and opener installation and repair. They are self-motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented , able to work independently while also contributing to a team-focused, performance-driven environment. Core

Responsibilities

:

• Perform repairs on existing garage doors and openers.
• Ensure proper alignment and functionality of installed doors through adjustments.
• Conduct thorough inspections of installed systems to guarantee safety and performance.
• Handle heavy lifting of garage door components, ensuring proper techniques are used to prevent injury.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, reporting any issues promptly. Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to $200,000.00 per year
