We are a growing aluminum manufacturing company focused on direct-to-consumer sales of aluminum trailers and dock systems. We are looking to add an Inside Sales Representative to our team to handle inbound leads and help customers through the buying process. This is an inside sales role. Leads are generated through our website and marketing efforts. Your job is to respond quickly, understand customer needs, guide them to the right product, and close the sale. No cold calling lists. No door knocking. This role is phone, email, and CRM based. What you 'll do * Work inbound leads generated through our website and marketing channels * Communicate with customers via phone, email, and text * Use HubSpot or similar CRM tools to manage leads and follow-ups * Provide product guidance and pricing information * Follow up on quotes and move deals through the pipeline * Close sales and hit individual targets What we 're looking for * Strong communication skills * Comfortable talking to customers on the phone * Organized and able to manage multiple leads at once * Coachable and willing to learn our products and process * Sales experience is a plus, but not required What we offer * Competitive base salary plus commission * Health, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) with a 3 percent company contribution * Paid time off and holidays * Stable, growing company with long-term opportunity If you're motivated, enjoy talking to customers, and want a sales role where the leads come to you, we'd like to hear from you.
