Senior Outside Sales Rep (B2B) - Commercial Cleaning Contracts NY NJ NYC Scrub Masters Plus Corporation (MWBE-Certified) Location: Kingston, NY 12401 (Field-based / local travel) Job Type: Full-time, In-person Additional Pay: Commission + Residuals (recurring income) Benefits: 401(k), Health insurance, Dental insurance, Vision insurance Company Overview Scrub Masters Plus Corporation is a fast-growing, MWBE-certified commercial cleaning company serving New York, NYC, and New Jersey, with a strategic plan to expand into additional states. We specialize in large-scale commercial, medical, industrial, and institutional facilities. We are building to $100M in revenue. That requires winning larger enterprise accounts, multi-site contracts, and long-term relationships built on execution. Position Summary This is not a "sit-and-wait" sales job. This is a build. We are hiring a hungry, relentless B2B hunter-closer to generate pipeline, run walkthroughs, deliver strong proposals, follow up with discipline, and close commercial cleaning contracts. The right person will be energized by pursuing larger opportunities (medical groups, facility portfolios, industrial operations) and building a book of business that compounds. Compensation The base is modest. The upside is real. This role includes: * Commission on new closed business * Residuals on retained accounts (recurring income, per the company compensation plan) If you want a role where your effort turns into long-term income and serious growth opportunity, you will like this. What You'll Sell Commercial cleaning contracts for: * Medical groups and healthcare facilities * Industrial and manufacturing facilities * Institutional facilities and large campuses * Property management portfolios * Bid/RFP opportunities (private and public, where applicable) Key Responsibilities (Your Scorecard) You will own the full sales cycle: * Prospect daily (cold calls, email, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, networking, strategic partnerships) * Book meetings with decision-makers (facility directors, property managers, administrators, executives) * Run on-site walkthroughs, assess scope, and gather requirements * Build proposals and pricing (with leadership support) * Follow up consistently and professionally until deals are closed * Negotiate and close commercial contracts * Support onboarding and job launches to ensure accounts start strong and stay long-term Forward Movement Requirement (Non-Negotiable) Although your focus is to be a powerhouse B2B salesperson, you are also part of the forward movement of Scrub Masters Plus Corporation. That means: * When an account needs support at launch, you show up * When a key walkthrough, meeting, event, or opportunity requires presence, you're in it * When something must be improved to win or retain enterprise clients, you contribute This is an all-hands builder role inside a company scaling aggressively. What Success Looks Like (30/60/90 Days) 30 days: Pipeline built, outreach cadence established, walkthroughs booked weekly 60 days: Proposals out consistently, negotiations active, referral momentum building 90 days: Contracts closed, accounts launched cleanly, retention-focused communication in place We operate with accountability and clear expectations.
