Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging potential clients through outbound and warm calling, promoting our products and services, and building strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and experience in B2B sales or telemarketing. This position offers an opportunity to develop your sales expertise within an environment focused business development and customer service. Duties * Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using CRM software and marketing strategies to generate new business opportunities * Engage in warm calling to nurture existing leads and promote our technology and business solutions * Utilize Hubspot CRM tools to track interactions, update client information, and manage sales pipelines * Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted outreach campaigns * Maintain a high level of professionalism and product knowledge during all customer interactions * Follow up with leads promptly to maximize conversion rates and foster long-term relationships * Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions Skills * Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or B2B sales with a focus on the Home Services Industry * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively * Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written * Ability to conduct outbound calling campaigns confidently and professionally * Knowledge of marketing strategies related to business development and customer engagement * Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing client information and follow-ups Who we are: At Grandy & Associates, we do things different.
