Position Summary This role is focused on building and maintaining relationships with commercial contractors, builders, and developers. It involves providing accurate material takeoffs, pricing, and estimates. The position combines outside sales, project estimating, and coordination with internal operations to ensure projects are executed profitably and on time. Key Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with commercial contractors, builders, and developers. * Prepare detailed material takeoffs and cost estimates based on plans and specifications. * Accurately price projects to meet margin and volume goals. * Follow up on bids, negotiate pricing, and finalize sales. * Coordinate with purchasing, yard, and delivery teams to ensure successful job fulfillment. * Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and support customers through to completion. * Track bids, sales activity, and project status in CRM or internal systems. * Stay informed about product knowledge, market pricing, and industry trends. * Perform other duties as assigned.
