What You 'll Do * Own the Customer Journey - Be the first point of contact for homeowners, guide them through product selection, and ensure post-install satisfaction (including collecting those 5-star reviews). * Drive Territory Sales - Plan and execute strategies to hit monthly, quarterly, and annual targets while increasing market share. * Quote & Finance - Build accurate proposals and coordinate financing or credit applications when needed. * Data Management - Keep every detail organized in our CRM so operations, marketing, and leadership stay in sync. * Seamless Handoffs - Confirm orders are correct and transition jobs smoothly to the operations team for scheduling and installation. * Report & Improve - Track performance metrics, identify trends, and recommend adjustments to maximize both revenue and customer satisfaction. * Pitch-In Mindset - Run samples to prospects, capture warranty photos onsite, and represent Zen Windows at local events. * Anything That Helps Us Win - Additional duties and training as assigned by leadership. What You Bring * Proven success in sales and customer service (home-improvement or building-products experience is a big plus). * Consultative-selling style: you ask smart questions, listen, and present solutions. * Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. * Comfortable with CRM platforms and basic reporting. * Growth mindset--you own mistakes, learn fast, and seek feedback. * Self-starter who hits goals without constant supervision. * Willingness to travel across the region as needed.
