Sales Consultant - Automotive Job Type: Full-Time Compensation: Base Salary + Commission Location: Austin TX We are seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to join our growing automotive team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values customer relationships, and wants to be part of a hands-on, team- oriented dealership. Responsibilities: * Assist customers through the buying process from initial inquiry to final delivery * Manage a high-volume phone line and respond to leads professionally and promptly * Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale * Work closely with management and team members to meet sales goals * Assist with maintaining and updating our social media platforms * Support general operations as needed Preferred Qualifications: * Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills * Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude * Comfortable using phones, basic computer systems, and social media What We Offer: * Competitive base salary plus commission * Supportive, close-knit team environment * Opportunity for growth within the company * Veteran-friendly workplace Veterans are encouraged to apply.
