Sales Consultant - Automotive Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation

: Base Salary + Commission Location: Austin TX We are seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to join our growing automotive team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values customer relationships, and wants to be part of a hands-on, team- oriented dealership.

Responsibilities

:

• Assist customers through the buying process from initial inquiry to final delivery
• Manage a high-volume phone line and respond to leads professionally and promptly
• Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale
• Work closely with management and team members to meet sales goals
• Assist with maintaining and updating our social media platforms
• Support general operations as needed

Preferred Qualifications

:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude
• Comfortable using phones, basic computer systems, and social media What We Offer:
