Salary Range: $46,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Requirements * Sales experience or a client-facing background is a plus * Insurance experience is preferred but not required * Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior * Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, be resourceful, and be coachable * Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude * Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency * Must be an Iowa resident Responsibilities * Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales * Communicate with our hot leads * Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed * Understanding prospects needs and identifying sales opportunities * Develop new Financial Service opportunities * Ask each customer for referral and explain our referral program * Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products * Prospecting and generating new business through leads and referral sources * Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email, and potential client lists * Work independently and as part of a team About Us Insurance sales, fire/auto, health/life, commercial/specialty
