Job Overview: As a Part-Time Sales and Marketing Associate, you'll play a key role in engaging customers in our showroom and promoting our products through digital channels. This position combines hands-on sales with creative marketing tasks, perfect for someone passionate about wellness and skilled in social media. You'll help customers find the perfect sauna or cold plunge solution while creating compelling content to attract new buyers. There is unlimited potential growth with this position. Key Responsibilities: * Greet and assist customers in the showroom, providing product demonstrations, answering questions, and closing sales for saunas, cold plunges, supplies, and accessories. * Develop and execute marketing strategies, including creating engaging social media posts (e.g., on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) to showcase products, promotions, and customer testimonials. * Manage online marketplace listings (e.g., on Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, or similar platforms) to expand our reach and generate leads. * Track sales performance and marketing engagement metrics to suggest improvements. * Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment. * Collaborate with the team on inventory management and special events. Qualifications: * Previous experience in sales, preferably in retail or wellness products (experience with saunas or cold therapy is a plus but not required). This is helpful but not required. * Strong marketing skills, including content creation for social media and online marketplaces. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset. * Proficiency in social media platforms and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva). * Ability to work independently and multitask. Self motivator. * Reliable transportation and availability for weekends or evenings as needed. * Marketing or sales certification is a bonus.
