Full-Time Sales Consultant (Elite Role) Redefine Fitness - Private Personal Training Studios Expected Total Compensation $90,000 -$120,000+ annually Base Salary: $55,000 (fixed) Commission: Uncapped, performance-based This is a career role , not a gym sales job. Why This Role Pays at the Top of Market * Average membership value exceeds $11,000 annually * You are responsible for protecting and growing seven-figure revenue * We do not discount, negotiate, or chase low-commitment clients * You are expected to operate independently and at a high standard We pay serious people because we expect serious performance. Schedule & Availability (Non-Negotiable) Weekly Schedule * Monday -Thursday: 4:30pm-8:00pm * Saturday: 9:00am-4:00pm * Sunday: 7:00am-1:00pm * Friday: OFF Additional Required Commitments * Weekly networking groups * Wednesday at noon (1 hour) * Thursday at 7:00am (1 hour) * Chamber of Commerce meetings * ~1x/month * Evenings, Mon-Wed around 6:00pm * Count toward total weekly hours Total commitment: ~32 -40 hours/week About Redefine Fitness Redefine Fitness is a premium private personal training company with two high- end locations on Long Island. We specialize in individualized coaching, accountability, and long-term results. We are not a big-box gym. We do not sell cheap fitness. We do not lower standards. Our clients expect excellence -- and so do we. Role Overview We are hiring a Full-Time Sales Consultant to own revenue execution across all operating hours. This role exists to: * Eliminate single-point-of-failure sales * Maintain speed-to-lead standards * Convert high-quality prospects into long-term members * Represent the brand with confidence and credibility If you need micromanagement, this is not the role for you. Core ResponsibilitiesSales & Revenue Execution * Sell: * Fitness assessments * Kickstart programs * Core, Signature, and Elite memberships * Handle inbound leads when the Sales Manager is unavailable * Follow up relentlessly via phone, text, and email * Reactivate past leads and former clients Social Media DM Outreach (Required) * Daily outbound DMs on: * Instagram * Facebook * Start conversations * Qualify interest * Book fitness assessments This is a core expectation , not optional. Sunday Lead Coverage (Required) * Call new inbound leads on Sundays * Ensure no lead goes untouched due to staffing gaps * Maintain speed-to-lead discipline Community & Field Outreach * Attend weekly networking groups * Attend monthly chamber meetings * Build relationships with local businesses * Generate referral opportunities independently * Represent Redefine Fitness professionally in the community Compensation Structure * Base Salary: $55,000 * Commission: * 25% of bi-weekly EFT memberships * Kickstart programs paid the same as EFT * No caps * No discounts * No pricing flexibility * No bonuses, contests, or gimmicks High performers earn more.
