Responsibilities: - Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences - Provide product information and demonstrate features to customers - Assist customers in selecting the right products for their needs - Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities - Communicate pricing, promotions, and discounts effectively to customers - Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends Skills: - Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to speak Spanish is a plus - Proficient in retail math for calculating discounts, percentages, and profit margins - Experience working in a dealership or automotive industry is preferred but not required - Ability to effectively communicate and engage with customers in a professional manner - Public speaking skills to deliver presentations or demonstrations if required - Strong math skills for inventory control and managing sales data - Experience in outside sales or B2B sales is a plus This position offers competitive compensation and benefits.
