Sales Associate - Bicycles International (Full-Time) Starting at $15/hr Customer-Focused Fast-Paced Retail Environment

We are seeking a motivated Full-Time Sales Associate who is a self- starter, enjoys helping people, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. No prior bike shop experience is required--just great energy, customer service skills, and a willingness to learn. What You 'll Do

• Greet and assist customers with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Learn and share product knowledge about bikes, accessories, and services
• Guide customers through the entire sales process from start to finish
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Complete an orientation and training period including Trek University online courses
• Perform daily housekeeping and basic store maintenance tasks
• Assist with merchandising, stocking, and preparing the sales floor
• Use POS systems (Lightspeed) and handle basic computer-based tasks
• Occasionally test-ride bikes for sizing or demonstration (must be able to ride a bicycle)

Requirements

• Self-starter with the ability to multitask in a busy environment
• Customer service mindset and strong communication skills
• Basic computer skills; comfort using POS systems
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be able to ride a bicycle safely and confidently
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Full-time availability (approx. 35-40 hours/week) Pay &
