Overview
: We are seeking a motivated, personable, and detail-oriented individual to join our showroom team. The ideal candidate is professional, computer-savvy, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks -- from greeting clients and managing appointments to posting on social media and assisting with light accounting duties.
Responsibilities
:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers and potential clients in the showroom
- Handle inbound calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule in-home consultations
- Manage scheduling through company software and maintain accurate appointment records
- Create and post engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom environment
- Input and organize data using Microsoft Office and Excel
- Assist with basic accounting, billing, and recordkeeping tasks
- Support showroom organization, sample management, and product displays
- Communicate effectively with the sales and installation team to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, showroom, or administrative role (home improvement or interior design experience a plus)
- Strong computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience using scheduling or CRM software
- Familiarity with social media posting and engagement on multiple platforms
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Professional communication and presentation skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and a "people person" with a positive attitude
- Able to work 5 days a week, including a short Saturday shift Perks &
