Role Overview You will be the first point of contact for clients and pre-qualified leads. Every interaction is structured, professional, and meaningful. Responsibilities: * Handle inbound calls only from clients seeking assistance * Conduct outbound calls only to pre-qualified, warm leads * Explain the No UpFront Guarantee clearly and professionally * Gather financial information and prepare accurate case files for licensed CPAs and EAs * Maintain precise documentation and professional client communication This role develops critical communication, organization, and client management skills , and positions you for career growth in a fast-growing company.
