Overview

You will be the first point of contact for clients and pre-qualified leads. Every interaction is structured, professional, and meaningful.

Responsibilities

:

• Handle inbound calls only from clients seeking assistance
• Conduct outbound calls only to pre-qualified, warm leads
• Explain the No UpFront Guarantee clearly and professionally
• Gather financial information and prepare accurate case files for licensed CPAs and EAs
• Maintain precise documentation and professional client communication This role develops critical communication, organization, and client management skills , and positions you for career growth in a fast-growing company.

• Full-time W-2 position, Monday-Friday, 10am-7pm
• $1,100+/week average (hourly + performance bonuses)
