Key Responsibilities: * Generate Referrals for Home Health Services: Develop and implement effective home health sales strategies to identify and engage potential referral sources, including physicians, clinics, hospitals, and assisted living facilities, to drive the acquisition of new clients. * Conduct Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform marketing strategies and identify opportunities for growth. * Liaise with Health Professionals: Act as a liaison between our agency and healthcare professionals, building strong relationships and effectively communicating the value of our home health services. * Develop Sales Strategies: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute innovative sales strategies that position our agency as a top choice for home health services. * Sales Calls and Presentations: Conduct informative and persuasive sales presentations to potential clients and referral sources, showcasing the benefits of our services and addressing any inquiries. * Support Business Development: Assist in developing and implementing business development initiatives to expand our agency's market presence and enhance referral relationships.
