Key Responsibilities

:

• Generate Referrals for Home Health Services: Develop and implement effective home health sales strategies to identify and engage potential referral sources, including physicians, clinics, hospitals, and assisted living facilities, to drive the acquisition of new clients.
• Conduct Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform marketing strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
• Liaise with Health Professionals: Act as a liaison between our agency and healthcare professionals, building strong relationships and effectively communicating the value of our home health services.
• Develop Sales Strategies: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute innovative sales strategies that position our agency as a top choice for home health services.
• Sales Calls and Presentations: Conduct informative and persuasive sales presentations to potential clients and referral sources, showcasing the benefits of our services and addressing any inquiries.
• Support Business Development: Assist in developing and implementing business development initiatives to expand our agency's market presence and enhance referral relationships.

Qualifications

:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in home healthcare or related sectors.
• Formal sales training and a demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales and marketing plans.
• Proven track record of achieving referral goals and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong networking abilities and established contacts within the healthcare community are a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $70,000.00 per year Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week
