Manager - Account Management - Direct-Hire Opportunity - 100% Onsite in Plymouth, MN Are you an experienced account management leader ready to drive client success while developing and leading a high-performing team? A growing organization in the energy efficiency and lighting solutions industry is seeking a Manager, Account Management to lead its Account Management function. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who excels in client relationship management, sales execution, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment. Essential Job Duties: * Lead and align Account Management priorities with company strategy and sales objectives. * Manage, coach, and develop Account Managers and Account Coordinators, including hiring and performance management. * Oversee a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring strong relationships and high-quality service delivery. * Serve as the voice of the customer across sales, project execution, and issue resolution. * Lead the end-to-end sales process for assigned accounts, including forecasting and opportunity management. * Partner with Sales leadership, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to drive new and expanded business. * Ensure Account Coordinators effectively support National Account Executives. * Manage and optimize sales operations within Salesforce and Vision, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. * Develop and maintain sales processes, training materials, and performance dashboards. * Drive continuous improvement and change adoption while participating in customer meetings and events. Minimum Requirements: * Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Communications, Environmental Engineering, or a related field. * 5 years of experience managing a team required. * 4-6 years of experience in sales or account management required. * Salesforce experience required. * Experience in the energy industry and/or utility incentive programs. * Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills. Position Details, Pay, & Schedule: * Full-time; Direct-hire opportunity with full benefits (medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) with match, PTO, holidays, etc.) * Monday-Friday schedule with standard business hours * 100% Onsite in Plymouth, MN * Competitive pay range: $80K- $90K, depending on experience APPLY NOW!
