Job Title: Sales Manager - Luxury Spa & Wellness Job Type: Full-Time | In-Person Compensation: $3,000/month base + uncapped commission (earn without limits) Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager who thrives in a client-focused environment. This role is all about helping guests discover the right treatments, skincare solutions, and wellness packages while driving revenue. Your main goal is to close sales, grow customer satisfaction, and guide your team to success. What You'll Do: * Lead by example in driving sales of treatments, packages, and skincare products. * Upsell and cross-sell effectively to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue. * Manage and motivate a team including Sales Supervisors, Nurse Practitioners, and Front Desk staff. * Ensure your team meets daily and individual sales quotas. * Analyze performance metrics and provide feedback to improve outcomes. * Maintain knowledge of products and services to confidently recommend options to clients. Qualifications: * Proven experience in sales, ideally in spa, wellness, or luxury retail environments. * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. * Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding sales targets. * Ability to mentor, coach, and inspire team members.
