Custom Construction & Renovations,Inc has been serving the triad as a General Contractor for 18 years. We are A+ rated by the Better Business Bureau, properly licensed and insured. We are currently seeking an experienced project estimator to join our team. This is a full time 1099 position, pay is commission based. Job description: Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Reviewing plans/drawings and performing take offs * Soliciting subcontractors * Putting together complete project estimates Job Requirements: The ideal candidate will have: * Experience in project estimating * Knowledge of the construction industry and familiarity with construction methods * Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team based environment * Experience with estimating software * Must be detail oriented, have excellent interpersonal skills, problem solving abilities and leadership skills. * 5 years of estimating experience is preferred * Reliable transportation Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Benefits: * Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
