Overview
This is a full-time, local position based in the Portland area, focused on sales and estimating for high-quality residential and commercial painting projects.
- Work approximately 40-45 hours per week
- Flexible schedule; weekends and evenings are generally not required

- Manage a minimum personal sales plan of $1.7 million annually
- Master and execute the Aleph-Veen sales process (pre-bid, during bid, post-bid)
- Consistently achieve sales revenue, SR (Success Rate), margin, and cost-on-margin targets
- Enter estimates into company CRM and prepare proposals per Company SOPs
- Align with company core values and ethical standards
- Commit to continuous learning and improvement through field coaching and independent study
- Generate some leads through personal activity (majority provided by company marketing)
- Participate in regular Goal Alignment Meetings (weekly/biweekly) and L10 Team Meetings (weekly)
- Track and report weekly, quarterly, and year-to-date performance metrics
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring outstanding customer experiences Skills & Abilities
- Proficient in digital and onsite estimating through plans and site visits
- Excellent listening, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to deliver accurate, profitable estimates
- Strong problem-solving skills and self-driven growth mindset
- Experience coaching and mentoring sales team members
- Ability to follow, maintain, and improve company Sales SOPs and playbooks
- Competent in CRM, estimating software, spreadsheets, email communication, and cloud-based systems MCO2 Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
