Sales Representative - Northern Michigan (Gaylord & Surrounding Areas) All Weather Seal of West Michigan All Weather Seal of West Michigan is a family-owned, A+ BBB-rated home improvement company with 40+ years of success across Michigan. We're growing our Northern Michigan territory and looking for driven sales professionals in and around Gaylord who want to earn at a high level while staying local. This role is ideal for self-motivated, competitive people who are comfortable traveling regionally, enjoy autonomy, and take pride in being dependable closers in a large territory.

What You'll Do

• Run company-provided, pre-set in-home appointments (no cold knocking)
• Present premium windows, baths/showers, and roofing solutions
• Build fast rapport, uncover needs, handle objections, and ask for the sale
• Close deals in the home using a proven one-call-close sales system
• Manage pricing, contracts, and documentation with confidence and urgency
