What You 'll Be Doing (and Winning At) * Meet with homeowners and businesses (appointments are set up for you--no endless cold calls). * Walk properties, listen to client needs, and recommend the best tree care solutions. * Build trust, close deals, and oversee the jobs you sell. * Follow up with clients and coordinate with crews to deliver exactly what you promised. * Show hustle--whether it's making calls, knocking on doors, or finding creative ways to connect--you'll do what it takes to keep business growing, especially in the slower months. What We 're Looking For * You've got a strong work ethic and a drive to succeed--lazy isn't in your vocabulary. * You're coachable, eager to learn, and ready to earn while doing it. * You like people--you can build rapport quickly and genuinely enjoy helping others. * You're organized, self-motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. * ISA Certification is a plus--but if you don't have it, we'll help you get it within 6 months.
