Washman Car Wash is seeking a friendly, dependable, and sales-oriented Ride- Thru Cashier to join our team in Oregon. This position is responsible for providing outstanding customer service, accurately processing transactions, and promoting wash packages and monthly memberships in a fast-paced, outdoor environment. Ride Thru Sales Cashier Essential Job Duties: * Greet customers promptly and professionally * Accurately process cash, credit, and electronic payments * Explain and promote wash packages, upgrades, and monthly memberships * Meet or exceed individual and site sales goals * Safely guide vehicles into the wash tunnel * Pre-spray and pressure wash customer vehicles in tunnel when needed * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe cashier area * Respond to customer questions and resolve basic service concerns * Follow all safety, cash-handling, and operational procedures * Work collaboratively with site team members and management * Perform additional duties as assigned Ride Thru Sales Cashier Physical Demands & Work Environment: * Frequent standing and walking * Repetitive use of hands and arms * Exposure to water, noise, vehicle exhaust, and varying outdoor weather conditions * Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds occasionally * Ability to work around moving vehicles, water, and mechanical equipment * Visual and auditory ability sufficient to safely perform job duties Schedule & Availability: Friday-Monday 11AM-6:15PM, Tuesday 10AM-3:00PM What We Offer: * Competitive hourly wage * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Commissions * Referral Bonuses up to $500 * Performance Bonuses * Free Weekly Car Wash * Employee Assistance Program * PTO * Sick Time * Advancement Opportunities * 401(k) * Supportive, team-oriented work environment How to Apply: Apply in person at any Washman Car Wash location, online at [please apply online] or apply to this ad.
