Foxy Coatings is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to support our continued growth. This is an in-office role focused on inside consultations, same-day sales, and customer relationship management. What You'll Do * Handle inbound and outbound leads * Conduct inside sales consultations and close deals * Build and manage customer relationships * Identify sales opportunities and overcome objections * Work with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience * Meet or exceed individual sales goals What We're Looking For * Inside sales, phone sales, or consultative sales experience * Strong communication and closing skills * Motivated, competitive, and performance-driven * Comfortable in a fast-paced sales environment * CRM experience (Salesforce or similar preferred) Compensation * Base salary plus commission * Performance-based bonuses Why Foxy Coatings?
