Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Associate with retail and customer service experience to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our store--helping customers, maintaining the sales floor, and creating a positive shopping environment. If you love thrift culture, sustainable fashion, and connecting with people, this role is for you!

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Operate the cash register, handle transactions, and balance your till
• Restock, organize, and maintain a clean and visually appealing sales floor
• Assist with merchandising, tagging, and displaying secondhand goods
• Provide excellent product knowledge and style suggestions to customers
• Support the team with store goals and special events

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience required
• Strong communication and people skills
• Friendly, approachable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends
• Passion for thrift, vintage, and sustainable shopping is a plus
