Full description of the position

* Canvass neighborhoods after storms to identify potential damage and offer free roof and property inspections. * Conduct thorough roof and exterior inspections, document findings with photos, and explain options in clear, homeowner-friendly language. * Educate homeowners about roof and exterior damage, generate inspections, and guide qualified customers through repairs or full replacements using Proximity Roofing's property restoration solutions. * Support customers through the insurance process by coordinating inspections, meeting adjusters on-site when needed, and relaying scope details to the production team. * Present written proposals, close contracts for roof replacements, repairs, gutters, windows, and related restoration work, and hand off jobs cleanly to project management. * Maintain consistent follow-up, build a personal pipeline, and generate referrals through excellent customer experience and neighborhood reputation Pay: $60,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
