Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our dynamic sales team and drive business growth across diverse markets. Responsibilities * Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing accounts. * Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching and performance feedback to maximize productivity. * Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs to deliver tailored solutions. * Drive business development initiatives through outside sales efforts, including B2B (business-to-business) engagements and technical sales presentations. * Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that enhance brand visibility and generate qualified leads. * Utilize CRM platforms such as Salesforce to track sales activities, analyze pipeline data, and forecast future performance accurately. * Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive positioning, and opportunities for growth. * Oversee account management processes to ensure ongoing client retention and upselling opportunities. * Lead negotiations with prospective clients, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer expectations. Experience * Proven success in outside sales roles with a focus on B2B (business-to-business) environments. * Demonstrated management experience leading a sales team or department in a fast-paced setting. * Strong background in technology or technical sales with an understanding of complex product solutions. * Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce for managing customer relationships and analyzing sales data. * Excellent negotiation skills combined with a strategic approach to business development. * Ability to analyze market data effectively to inform decision-making and identify growth opportunities. * Exceptional leadership qualities with a passion for coaching teams and fostering a customer-centric culture. * Experience in account management, ensuring long-term client satisfaction through proactive engagement. * Strong communication skills complemented by a customer service-oriented mindset that prioritizes client needs.
