Founding Sales Representative (One-Day Bath) -- 1099 | Uncapped Commission Liberty Kitchen & Bath -- Veteran-Owned | Charleston Tri-County We 're building a _one-day bath division_ in Charleston --and we want a _real producer_ , not a r esume. This role starts with solo canvassing to generate appointments and momentum. As you perform, we 'll transition you into a mix of _preset appointments + self-generated_ so you can scale your income. If you 've got discipline, confidence, and thick skin, you can build a serious book here. What You Get

• Canvass targeted neighborhoods (solo) and set qualified appointments
• Run in-home consultations and close deals with integrity
• Track activity + pipeline in our CRM (clean notes, fast follow-up)
• Coordinate a smooth handoff so the customer experience stays premium Who Wins Here
• 1+ year sales experience (D2D, canvassing, in-home, or direct sales)
• Comfortable being in the field and talking to homeowners daily
• Coachable + competitive + consistent (you don 't need babysitting)
