Full description of the position

RESPONSIBILITIES * Monitors and contacts sales leads generated by the Dealership Customer Relations Management System * Determines customer vehicle needs by listening and asking questions * Operates telephone equipment and other telecommunications technologies * Follows pre-determined scripts when contacting sales leads via telephone * Sets customer appointments for Internet Department Sales Consultants * Tracks and inputs customer information into Dealership CRM * Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed * Performs other duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS * Open availability including evenings and weekends. * Clean driving record * Valid California drivers license. * Ability to obtain a sales license from the DMV. * Clean background check.
