Responsibilities * Engage with customers warmly to understand their needs and preferences, offering tailored styling suggestions. * Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for transactions, including cash handling and processing sales accurately. * Upsell additional products or accessories to maximize customer satisfaction and sales opportunities. * Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining professional phone etiquette and clear communication throughout interactions. * Support inventory management through stocking, organizing merchandise, and merchandising as needed. Experience * Prior retail sales experience preferred, especially in fashion or specialty retail environments. * Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in team settings. * Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and basic retail math is essential.
