About the Role This is a door-to-door field position for confident, motivated individuals who want to earn serious commission income and build a path into professional sales. You will be canvassing neighborhoods, speaking directly with homeowners, and introducing them to Holy City Hardscapes. Your responsibility is to start conversations, identify qualified homeowners, and schedule on-site consultations for our sales team. * You are not responsible for closing jobs. * You are paid when projects close from leads you generate. For the right person, this role can lead to a full-time sales position with salary + commission. Compensation & Earning Potential This is a commission-only, performance-based position. * Earn $500 to $5,000+ per closed project * No cap on commissions * Average project size: $15,000 -$20,000 (larger projects are common) * Approximate close rate on qualified leads: ~40% * Paid for results , not hours Exact commission details are reviewed during the interview. This role is ideal for individuals who want control over their income and are motivated by performance. What You 'll Be Doing * Door-to-door canvassing in approved neighborhoods * Speaking with homeowners about outdoor improvement projects * Explaining services at a high level (no pricing or estimating) * Qualifying general project interest and scope * Scheduling on-site consultations * Entering leads into our system using a provided device Training & Onboarding Before working independently, you'll attend a one-time orientation to ensure you represent the company professionally. * One day (approximately 8 hours) * Covers company overview, services, and lead qualification * No door knocking during training * Reference materials provided What We Provide * Branded apparel * Business cards & marketing materials * Loaned iPad for scheduling and lead entry * Approved neighborhoods to canvass * Clear expectations and support What You Control * Your schedule * How much you work * How much you earn This is a results-driven role , not an hourly job.
