Job Overview We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services while building strong, lasting relationships with clients. You will play a key role in growing our customer base and ensuring a smooth experience from initial inquiry through project completion. Key Responsibilities * Work directly with clients to assess project needs and preferences * Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations * Prepare accurate estimates and proposals * Close sales and maintain strong customer relationships * Coordinate with the installation team to ensure seamless project delivery * Collaborate with internal team members throughout the project lifecycle * Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and follow-ups * Communicate with vendors as needed * Manage and track installation workflows * Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns * Assist with managing company social media accounts * Perform basic office and administrative duties as required Qualifications & Skills * High school diploma or GED required * Previous customer service experience in an office setting * Strong communication and presentation skills * Solid mathematical skills (ability to calculate discounts, proportions, surface areas, etc.) * Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively * Friendly, professional demeanor with the ability to adapt to various customer interactions.
