Responsibilities * Lead and manage the sales to achieve and surpass sales goals through coaching, motivation, and strategic planning * Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies targeting B2B (business-to-business) clients across various industries * Identify new business opportunities through market analysis, networking, and proactive outreach * Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention * Oversee the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, including negotiations and contract management * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that enhance brand visibility and generate leads * Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to track sales activities, analyze performance metrics, and forecast future growth opportunities Skills * Proven experience in outside sales with roofing, siding , windows. * Management skills * Strong negotiation skills to close complex deals effectively while maximizing value for the company * Knowledge of marketing principles to support lead generation efforts and brand positioning * Familiarity with technology sales environments and familiarity with Ipad , computer or similar CRM platforms * Excellent analysis skills for interpreting sales data, market trends, and customer needs * Outstanding customer service orientation combined with effective account management capabilities * Leadership qualities that foster teamwork, resilience, and a proactive approach to challenges Pay based on 10% sales commision.
