Compensation

: Monthly income range: $6,000 - $12,000 ABOUT THE POSITION Paid training provided. No automotive experience required. We are hiring motivated individuals for a full-time sales role in a dealership environment. This role offers the opportunity to earn within a monthly income range of $6,000 - $12,000, based on individual results. RESPONSIBILITIES As a Sales Representative, you will:

• Work with customers to assist them through the purchasing process
• Handle incoming leads, phone inquiries, and walk-in traffic
• Learn how to present vehicles, pricing, and available options
• Follow a structured sales process from first contact through delivery
• Maintain follow-up with customers and build relationships
• Provide a professional and positive customer experience QUALIFICATIONS
• Motivation and reliability
• Willingness to learn sales and dealership processes
• Strong communication and people skills
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• Sales or customer service experience helpful, but not required LANGUAGE SKILLS
