Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Account Executive to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving business development initiatives and managing key client accounts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B sales, technology sales, and account management, with a proven ability to negotiate and close deals effectively. Your leadership and communication skills will be essential in fostering relationships with clients and delivering tailored solutions that meet their needs. Duties * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and drive revenue growth. * Identify new business opportunities through warm calling, networking, and market analysis. * Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. * Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts while maximizing profitability. * Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and enhance brand visibility in the market. * Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing accounts, and analyzing performance metrics. * Provide technical sales support by understanding client requirements and presenting appropriate solutions. * Conduct regular account reviews to assess client needs and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services. * Mentor junior sales staff, providing guidance on best practices in negotiation, communication, and account management. Experience * Proven experience in B2B sales or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels. * Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools for effective account management. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex information clearly. * Demonstrated analytical skills for assessing market trends and client data to inform strategy. * Experience in leadership roles is preferred, showcasing the ability to motivate teams towards success.
