Role Description We are seeking a Senior Account Executive for a full-time, on-site role in St. Paul, MN. The Senior Account Executive will serve as a strategic partner for our clients, managing client relationships and ensuring that their needs are consistently met. Key responsibilities include developing and executing marketing strategies, leading campaigns from conception to delivery, and collaborating with cross-functional teams including creative, design, and technology specialists. The candidate will oversee project timelines and budgets, while also identifying new business opportunities to drive growth and strengthen client partnerships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in account management, client relationship building, and project management.
• Proficiency in developing marketing strategies and leading integrated campaigns
• Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
• Familiarity with creative development processes and technology-driven marketing solutions
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing client needs and market demands
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Previous advertising agency is required. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
