Responsibilities * Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently. * Manage shipping and receiving processes, verifying inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy and completeness. * Assist customers with delivery inquiries, providing excellent service while promoting our products and services. * Maintain warehouse organization by properly storing materials, conducting regular inventory counts, and ensuring compliance with OSHA safety standards. * Support warehouse supervision by adhering to safety protocols, assisting in training new team members, and optimizing warehouse workflows. * Handle heavy lifting tasks with mechanical knowledge of materials handling equipment to ensure safety and efficiency during daily operations. Skills * Proven experience in warehouse distribution, order picking, and shipping & receiving operations. * Certification or experience operating heavy equipment such as forklifts. * Customer Service and Sale background a plus. * Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations related to warehouse operations and heavy equipment use. * Problem Solving * Experience in construction or materials handling environments is a plus. * Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during order picking and load/unload tasks.
