WHAT YOU 'LL LEAD As a Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building, developing, and retaining a high-performing sales team. * Recruit and lead a growing team of commissioned sales reps supported by our active recruiting system. * Coach daily in the field , training rookies through live demonstrations, ride-alongs, and real-time feedback. * Develop producers into leaders through accountability, mentorship, and clear performance standards. * Drive market growth by building culture, competition, and consistency within your team.
