Inside Sales Representative/Business Development Are you ready to drive your career forward with a leader in specialty transportation? We focus on open-deck shipments from legal flatbed/step-deck/conestoga to oversized/heavy shipments up to #400,000 lbs. We are looking for a motivated, adaptable sales professional to help us expand our presence through an Inside business development, the position is based out of Rootstown, Ohio. Why This Role Matters As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll be the connector--building relationships digitally and face-to-face. From phone calls and emails, you'll create solutions, close deals, and keep customers coming back. *What You 'll Do * Grow the business by targeting new opportunities and closing sales. * Build lasting relationships with customers and uncover upsell potential. * Stay sharp with industry knowledge, competitor insights, and product expertise. * Collaborate closely with Operations to deliver seamless service. *What We 're Looking For * 2+ years of proven sales experience (transportation preferred). * Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. * Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team.
