Growing holistic center and storefront seeks part-time Retail Sales Associate who is a natural fit with our organizational culture. *Passionate about healthy living, is thoughtful, well-spoken, and professional. *Results-driven retail Sales Associate to be responsible for all sales duties from generating leads to closing sales. You will work closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right solutions. You know how to listen to the customer, help them with the solutions that we provide, and sell our products and services. You will be expected to stay up to date with product features and benefits, deliver excellent customer service, maintain impeccable store appearance and merchandising, while consistently meeting the store's sales goals. Our team members are the face of our holistic center and interact with customers to help them choose health and wellness products and services, deliver superior customer service, and empower them with natural solutions to live happier and healthier. Responsibilities -Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service -Assess customers' needs and provide assistance and information on product features -Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries -Follow and achieve store's sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis -"Go the extra mile" to drive sales -Maintain stock and store -Actively seek out customers in store -Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options -Process POS (point of sale) purchases -Cross sell products and services -Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service -Build productive trust relationships with customers -Comply with inventory control procedures -Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities, changing the store's design) Skills *Proven work experience as a Retail Sales associate, manager, or similar role *Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices *Proficiency in English *Basic Math skills *Track record of meeting sales objectives *Hands-on experience with POS transactions *Familiarity with inventory procedures *Solid communication and interpersonal skills *A friendly, positive, and energetic personality with customer service focus *Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner *Availability to work flexible shifts, weekdays, and Saturdays *High school degree; BS degree in Marketing or related field would be a plus *Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and able to navigate and use social media platforms, Publisher, and Canva Other *You are a people-person, have the ability to strike up a conversation, and love making connections with customers *You love empowering people with solutions to health needs *You are able to work independently, yet also able to receive direction in accordance with the company's goals and vision *You work fast, efficiently, and are meticulous and detail-oriented *You are self-motivated, can stay on task, and manage your own time *You are passionate about healthy living *You love selling products Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $15.15 per hour Benefits: * Employee discount * Paid time off Work Location: In person
