Farmers Insurance is seeking Sales Leaders in 2026 for our Insurance Agent Trainee opportunity in Phoenix! We are Farmers...a trusted industry leader for nearly 100 years! We offer a structured onboarding and ongoing training program that includes an initial licensing pathway, consultative selling, objection handling and proven closing strategies. Are you currently a Licensed Insurance Producer ready for your next step in career advancement? Sales leaders with a minimum of 3 years of measurable success are encouraged to apply! Prior insurance sales not required. Salary Range: $55,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Requirements

• Top Performing Sales Leaders with3+ years sales experience and measurable success required
• Experienced
• Property & Casualty Producers

• Coachable, motivated, and resilient
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster and build client relationships and become a center of influence

Responsibilities

• Train directly with a successful, established Farmers agency owner to learn the business from the inside out
• Quote and Sell Auto, Home, Life and Business Insurance Solutions
• Warm Lead generation system provided
• Participate in the University of Farmers \"award-winning\" training program
• Build long-term client relationships and grow your portfolio while delivering exceptional customer service
• Learn sales, leadership, and business management from a Top Performing Mentor Agent
• Shadow Agency Mentor on strategic business planning, recruiting, and staff development
• Achieve and exceed Trainee and Mentorship Program goals with guidance and mentorship This is a paid Trainee and Mentorship Program, lasting 6-12 months, that positions you for elite program graduation opportunities including a $4,000 graduation BONUS and $5,000 sign on BONUS with Farmers Insurance!
