Summary You have the opportunity to grow with us as a Buyers Agent. We provide the real estate expertise, market validity, agent mentorship, Brivity Technology and Brivity Marketer that will empower your career success. Show up ready to lead generate, listen to your buyers needs and demonstrate patience as you identify the property that meets your clients' financial and personal goals. Responsibilities * Lead generate 15 hours a week * Conduct two open houses monthly * Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments * Participate in script practice and other team activities * Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes * Write and negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers * Track activities and clients through Brivity Qualifications You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally.
