In this role, you will, service an existing customer base, generate leads, attract new clients, and close deals. Your responsibilities will include, daily sales calls, creating and submitting sales reports, building rapport with new and existing customers within your territory, evaluating their needs, and negotiating successful deals. The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality, exceptional customer service and negotiation skills, and a strong desire to close deals. Commission based pay. No Caps/limits on pay. 100% covered Health insurance for employee and family. Responsibilities * Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential customers * Travel to appointments and meetings with potential and existing customers within your territory * Meet or exceed designated sales targets * Create and implement an effective sales strategy * Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in customer relationship management (CRM) program * Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales Qualifications * High school diploma/GED preferred * Knowledge of HVAC systems and supplies * Previous experience in outside sales is a plus * Excellent negotiation and customer service skills * Strong written and verbal communication skills * A positive attitude and ability to be persistent
