Position: Onsite Sales and Laborer Location: Charleston, SC Pay Range: $20-$22 hr (Base Rate + Profit Share + Tips) Full-Time We're hiring a hardworking, customer-focused Onsite Sales & Laborer to join our growing junk removal team. This role combines on-site sales with physical labor--perfect for someone who likes staying active, meeting new people, and earning extra through performance-based pay. Responsibilities: * Greet customers on-site and provide clear, upfront pricing * Close sales and schedule services on the spot * Remove unwanted items from homes, businesses, and job sites * Lift, load, and haul items safely and efficiently * Maintain a professional and friendly attitude at all times * Keep trucks and job sites clean and organized * Participate in daily recorded role-play scenarios to support ongoing training, skill development, and performance improvement.
