Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated, missiondriven Inside Sales & Outreach Specialist to engage patients and caregivers about the benefits of Medicare's GUIDE program. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fastpaced environment, works independently with minimal supervision, and consistently delivers results through structured outreach, strong communication, and meticulous followup. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in inside sales, patient or customer outreach, or highvolume engagement roles. They must be able to build trust quickly, communicate with warmth and clarity, and treat every patient and caregiver as an individual with unique needs. Attention to detail-- especially in documentation, followup, and workflow adherence--is essential. This is a highimpact role that directly supports families navigating dementia care and helps them access meaningful support through the GUIDE program. Key Responsibilities Patient & Caregiver Outreach * Conduct highvolume outbound calls to patients and caregivers to explain the GUIDE program and its benefits * Build rapport quickly and communicate in a warm, empathetic, and patientcentered manner. * Tailor conversations to each individual's needs, concerns, and level of understanding. Sales & Enrollment Support * Guide patients and caregivers through the enrollment process, addressing questions and overcoming hesitations. * Use consultative sales techniques to help families understand the value of GUIDE services. * Meet or exceed weekly and monthly outreach, engagement, and enrollment targets. Documentation & FollowUp * Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed documentation of all outreach attempts, conversations, and outcomes. * Track followups, next steps, and enrollment progress using internal systems. * Ensure all documentation meets Medicare GUIDE program requirements. Independent Work & Accountability * Work autonomously with minimal supervision while managing a structured daily outreach workflow. * Prioritize tasks effectively and maintain consistent productivity. * Identify barriers to outreach success and proactively propose solutions. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement * Provide feedback on outreach scripts, workflows, and patient engagement strategies. * Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to ensure seamless patient experience. * Participate in training and ongoing development related to GUIDE program requirements. Required Qualifications * 2+ years of inside sales, outreach, call center, or patient engagement experience. * Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales or outreach targets. * Exceptional communication skills--clear, warm, empathetic, and patientcentered. * Strong organizational skills with impeccable attention to detail. * ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay selfmotivated. * Comfort navigating conversations with patients and caregivers, including those experiencing stress or uncertainty. * Proficiency with CRM systems, call tracking tools, or EMR documentation. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in healthcare, senior services, dementia care, or Medicare programs. * Familiarity with Medicare's GUIDE model or other carecoordination programs. * Bilingual abilities (Spanish, Portuguese, or other languages commonly spoken by caregivers).
