Own Your Territory. Build Relationships. Move Iron. The Opportunity This is not a corporate sales role where you're just a number. As a Heavy Equipment Territory Manager at Zadoon, you will own a multi-state Mid-Atlantic territory and act as our primary field presence. You'll build direct relationships with contractors and fleet owners, evaluate iron in the field, and close real equipment deals that move machines--not just paperwork. Zadoon's outside sales team is intentionally small. That means your work has direct impact. You will work closely with ownership, have a voice in how the business grows, and help shape what success looks like as Zadoon continues to expand. What You 'll Do * Develop and manage a Mid-Atlantic territory through site visits, calls, and proactive prospecting * Source equipment for purchase or consignment and match machines to buyer demand * Build long-term relationships with contractors, equipment managers, and fleet decision-makers * Inspect equipment in yards and on job sites, assessing condition and market value * Manage your pipeline in Salesforce, including leads, deals, evaluations, and follow-ups * Collaborate with inside sales, marketing, operations, and logistics to close deals smoothly * Represent Zadoon with integrity, curiosity, and an owner-to-owner mindset * Most of your time will be spent in the field, not behind a desk.
