Duties - Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products or services and identify new sales opportunities. - Conduct warm calling to existing customers to maintain relationships and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities. - Utilize technical sales skills to communicate the value of our products or services to technical decision-makers. - Use business development strategies to grow existing relationships and expand our customer base. - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective communication and coordination of sales efforts. - Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition. - Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and provide regular feedback to the sales team. - Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products or services and their applications. Qualifications - Experience with telemarketing and outbound calling. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Familiarity with sales automation tools and CRM software. - A strong passion for sales and a desire to succeed in a competitive industry.
