Position Overview We're hiring a Lead Generator to join our dynamic retail team. This role is crucial in driving business by identifying and qualifying potential customers in-store and over the phone. Your goal will be to schedule in-home consultations for flooring and tile installation services , helping homeowners take the next step toward beautiful, professionally installed floors. Key Responsibilities * Proactively engage with retail customers about their flooring or tile installation needs. * Introduce PF&TCO's flooring solutions , services, pricing, and current promotions. * Schedule in-home estimates for our sales team by qualifying leads. * Log customer interactions, appointments, and project details accurately in our CRM system. * Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and confirm appointments. * Collaborate with the sales team by sharing new leads and customer notes. * Build strong customer relationships through excellent communication and product knowledge. * Stay updated on industry trends, installation methods, and product innovations. * Meet or exceed daily and monthly lead generation and conversion goals. * Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays to meet customer needs. * Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills * Education : High school diploma or GED required. * Experience : 2-3 years in lead generation , retail sales , or customer service preferred. * Strong interpersonal skills - confident in engaging both walk-in customers and cold leads. * Clear verbal and written communication skills. * Proficient with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and other basic computer software. * Ability to calculate square footage and understand basic measurements. * Team-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced, retail setting. * Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. * Visual comprehension of product specs, job scopes, and digital systems.
